WHOLESALE PRICING

KC Cups prides itself in producing laser engraved items for businesses, organizations and teams locally and beyond. Unlike vinyl or other mediums, laser engraved items are permanent and won’t fade away. Regardless of who you are, how big or small of an order you are placing, KC Cups hopes to help create lasting products you love!

The Process

To start, submit a request to katy@kccups.com and include the following:

The item you want engraved, quantity & color requested
Date you need the item by.
Any logos, graphics, or text. These should come in one of the following formats: SVG, EPS, Ai, or PDF.
Need a custom design from us? No problem, just include that with any fonts or ideas you may have to get that design process started. For wholesale pricing, we have a one design policy per 12 cups ordered. Individual personalization (names, etc.) can be discussed on a case by case basis.
Shipping address.

We will reply back with pricing, mockups, and timeline to completion. Once we have the order information, we will send an invoice for payment.

Due to the nature of laser engraving, all invoices must be paid in full before we begin working on the order.

Transparent Pricing

We pride ourselves in upfront pricing, not adding on hundreds of dollars in setup and design fees once we have your business! What you see in our pricing includes all of the artwork, setup work, proofs, etc. We also will ship free on orders over $250 via UPS Ground or USPS shipping if it is being shipped to one location. Local delivery or pickup is always an option as well!
